ShieldCore is the foundation of readiness — a specialized add-on included with every Heat Shield fitness program, built to strengthen your ability to respond when it matters most.As part of the Mental Resilience program, ShieldCore focuses on composure under pressure and confidence in crisis through emergency preparedness and CPR training. Each participant receives the opportunity to complete a complimentary CPR certification course (Tucson residents receive full course due to in person component)— completely optional but designed to complement your training and reinforce your ability to protect and lead in critical moments.Because true resilience isn’t just mental — it’s the readiness to act when others freeze.
